Please find hereby a flyer announcing the next CIGR symposium - Section 6
18-20th APRIL 2011
Nantes, FRANCE
On Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th, parallel sessions will be organized with a general focus on food science, food processing, bioprocess and biotechnology
On Wednesday 20th, last morning of the symposium, a single session on the sustainability of the food chain will be organized with a selected panel of lecturers.
The symposium follows a set of successfull events held in
- Beijing in October 2004
- Warsaw in April 2006
- Naples in September 2007
- Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil in 2008,
- Potzdam un 2009,
- Québec in 2010 (full congress all section of CIGR)
... and Nantes in 2011
