The March 4^th symposium will take on vital issues in food safety and traceability, including the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and 2010 regulatory updates. In addition to providing detail on global standards, speakers will offer companies insider data on how to make food safety and quality programs more effective. The event will also address farm-to-fork traceability as well as tips for improving recall performance.
